TopLMS Editorial Policy

This document describes the principles by which the TopLMS editorial team creates, updates, and publishes materials.

Independence

TopLMS is not affiliated with any of the LMS platforms it reviews. All ratings are assigned by the editorial team based on an approved methodology. Platforms have no influence on the conclusions of our reviews.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure

If we have a commercial relationship with a platform (sponsored placement, referral program, sponsored content), this is clearly marked on the page itself with an “Advertising” or “Sponsored content” label. Without such a label, the material is independent.

Fact-Checking

Before publication, every material undergoes fact-checking:

• All numbers (prices, percentages, limits) are verified against official platform pricing pages.
• All functional claims are verified through testing or official documentation.
• Quotes from user reviews are accompanied by a link to the original source where possible.

Error Correction

Mistakes happen. If you notice an inaccuracy in our material, please let us know via the contact form. We will:

• Verify the information within 3 business days.
• If the error is confirmed — make a correction and add a note about the update date.
• Serious factual errors (e.g., incorrect pricing that affects the conclusion) are corrected immediately.

Authorship

Each article has a stated author. If material was created by a team — this is explicitly indicated. AI tools may be used for editing and structuring text, but all factual claims and conclusions belong to human authors.

Material Updates

Materials are updated at least every 6 months. The date of the last update is shown on every page. Outdated materials (where information has been irrelevant for more than 12 months) are marked accordingly.

Comments and Reviews

User comments and reviews are moderated. We filter out:

• Obvious spam and promotional links.
• Insults and aggressive language.
• Unverified accusations against platforms or other users.

Criticism and negative reviews are accepted and not deleted if they are substantiated.
