We evaluate each LMS platform across 6 key criteria on a 1–10 scale. The final score is the arithmetic mean of all criteria.
The set of tools for creating an online course: lesson builder, sales funnel automation, CRM, email marketing, gamification, built-in social network, chatbots, learning analytics, certification tools.
Plan costs, hidden sales commissions, surcharges for exceeding student limits, the need to purchase additional services.
Time from registration to first published course. Required technical skills. Templates and step-by-step onboarding.
Whether pricing grows with your school. Student, course, or traffic limits that block growth.
Ukrainian and Russian interface, integrations with local payment systems (LiqPay, Fondy, Monobank, WayForPay), native-language support.
Availability, response speed, communication channels (chat, email, phone), quality of help.
All six criteria have equal weight. The exception is the UA/RU localization criterion, which has increased weight for our target audience. For evaluations from purely English-speaking projects, this criterion can be ignored — we always note this in articles.
Each LMS’s ratings are reviewed at least once every 6 months. If a platform significantly changes its pricing, adds, or removes features — an update is made out of turn.
None of the platforms we evaluate pays us for positive ratings. In articles about a specific platform, we always explicitly note both its advantages and limitations. If there is a commercial relationship with a platform (sponsored placement, partnership) — this is marked on the page itself with a separate notice.
If you believe a rating is unfair or outdated — write to us via the contact form. We will review the information and, if necessary, reconsider the rating.
